To encourage your child to have fun on the Web while learning about Rounding to Estimate Numbers, here are some games and interactive activities they can do on their own or in pairs.

Instructions for Use

Rounding Numbers prompts your child to round numbers to the nearest 10, 100, or 1000 using a number line.

To use Rounding Numbers, have your child read and solve the questions.

 

Rounding to the Nearest 100 helps your child practice rounding 3-digit numbers.

 

Type the multiple of 100 in the text field at the left of the screen. Press 'Enter'. Type the multiple of 100 in the text field at the right of the screen. Press 'Enter'. Press the arrow that indicates the 100 closest to the number to be rounded. Try the next number. Check your score.
